Have you tried turning off GPU acceleration? Options > Preferences > Video tab > GPU acceleration of video processing to "None".

I'll answer at the speed as fast as I can, I'm not always on the forums at my computer.
I'd suggest downloading and installing the latest version of Sony Vegas, there's a link in my signature.

Hello mate! I have installed the latest version of Sony Vegas but it still takes about 2 h + to render a video which is about 3:50 and my RAM is 2gb

Well 2GB isn't much RAM for video editing, I'd recommend 4GB as a minimum. If you're wanting faster render times, you could try rendering as a different codec, or you could try upgrading your CPU.

How do I render in diffrent codec and what would you recommend?

Btw should it take 4h + to render a 3:50 video if I have 2 gb ram? I think there is a problem with my computer not my RAM.

It really depends what you're rendering, if it's a busy project with lots of tracks and effects, and it also depends what quality you're rendering in.
2GB of RAM isn't much for video editing, though. On most video editing systems today, you're looking wanting 6GB of RAM or more.

Yeah I know but in this video I have a lots of effects and clips. I understand 2GB of RAM isn't much but I don't understand why Sony Vegas doesn't respond.

I would. I've heard Vegas Pro doesn't work with Vista well.. Or Vista is just generally a bad OS.
